Summit Residency- Hostel

Hostel agreements are valid for one session.

For hostels, a brokerage fee of 33% of one month's rent is required.

You can choose to pay 50% of the session rent upfront and the remaining 50% later or in installments. Alternatively, you can pay the full session rent at once.
